Dennis Otieno, founder of Dennohxy Corporation Limited, is also a serving employee of the Rural Electrification and Renewable Energy Corporation (REREC) of Kenya and a JDS Scholar under JICE/JICA. These roles are strictly separated. No government time, devices, data, relationships, or resources are used for Dennohxy business activity.
The founder's official government position is never used to influence procurement decisions, regulatory approvals, or policy positions in favour of Dennohxy or any of its subsidiaries. Dennohxy does not bid for public-sector contracts in areas where the founder has any decision-making influence or conflict of interest.
The JDS scholarship programme is conducted in the founder's official capacity as a government professional. JICE and JICA are not commercial partners, endorsers, or affiliates of Dennohxy Corporation Limited. No reference to the JDS scholarship implies institutional endorsement by JICE, JICA, or the Government of Japan.
Academic mentors and researchers who have inspired or informed the founder's thinking are respected as intellectual influences only. No academic is a commercial co-founder, partner, or director of Dennohxy unless explicitly documented in a signed agreement. No publication or research collaboration is implied or claimed without the explicit consent of all named parties.
