Identify, inspire, and support young talent from your county for the Kenya–Japan Airlift

What is a County Champion?
County Champions are trusted community leaders, educators, and youth mentors who identify and support KFBA candidates in their county. Each champion receives a unique referral code, mentoring guidelines, and safeguarding training. All champions undergo a background check and must sign a KFBA Champion Agreement before activation.

Please provide one professional reference who can speak to your work with young people. We may contact them as part of the vetting process.

6 · Declarations
By applying as a County Champion, you agree to: (1) undergo a background check if shortlisted, (2) complete KFBA safeguarding training before activation, (3) sign the County Champion Agreement, (4) adhere to KFBA's Code of Conduct and Safeguarding Policy at all times, (5) not charge fees to students or families for KFBA referrals or assistance. Champions who breach these terms will be suspended and reported to relevant authorities.
